We don’t cut corners with regards to candidate or client care and that is reflected in every aspect of the business from onboarding, candidate assessments, compliance, bookings through to payroll and invoicing.
We pride ourselves on our candidate care programme. We ensure that the candidate experience is a two- way street. Registration and induction is about getting to know the candidate personally, their work experience and their career ambitions within the industry to ensure the best Client fit for them. In addition, we offer all of our candidate’s access to our BenefitHub platform and access to our Employee Assistance programme.
